Forest Amber – orange tea

Thai orange tea. However, in terms of processing, it is more of a white tea. Due to the high humidity, low night temperatures and early dew, a higher degree of fermentation occurs when drying in the sun, which is quite unusual for white teas. The tea is processed in a Thai forest monastery, where Buddhism meets tea culture. Processing is exclusively manual. The tea leaves are plucked from wild Assam-type tea plants.
